Protea Hotel King George Renovation

We were appointed as quantity surveyors and project managers for the hotel’s bar and lounge upgrade. The project introduced a sleek redesign of the bar and lounge area, a new outdoor seating space, and a modern swimming pool. Enhanced with contemporary furnishings and improved lighting, the space now offers a sophisticated environment for guests. The outdoor area provides a stylish setting to enjoy the weather, while the swimming pool adds a touch of luxury. The Towers Shopping Centre

QS3 Group successfully completed a 9,000 square meter retail shopping centre in Bloemfontein, a R105 million project delivered on time in 2015. Nike Shapa Soweto

Completed in 2021 in Soweto, South Africa, the Nike Sporting Facility featured a basketball court, a FIFA-accredited football field, an athletics track, a skate park, and a dance studio. As quantity surveyors for this R 63 million project with Nike, we managed cost estimation, budget control, and financial reporting, ensuring the project was completed within budget. We managed a transformative project in Irene, Pretoria, with a final value of R94 million, completed in 2018. Protea Hotel Fire & Ice Menlyn

We served as Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers for a R 220 million 4-star Protea Hotel development in Menlyn, Pretoria, completed in 2015. The project featured 178 rooms across a 6-story structure with a mega basement. Our quantity surveying role involved detailed cost estimating, budgeting, and financial management, ensuring value for money. As project managers, we coordinated all aspects of construction, managed schedules and resources, and ensured quality and timely completion. Our comprehensive oversight ensured the project’s successful delivery within budget and on schedule.

In our role as project managers, we directed planning, scheduling, and coordination, effectively addressing challenges such as site constraints and design changes.
