The initial firm was established in 1979 and maintained a small, but dedicated benefaction to the building industry.
Due to growth and expansion, we reorganised our structures and changed our services and our company name to QS3 Quantity Surveyors & Project Management in 1994, when current sole owner Pieter Kotzè became a partner.
QS3 continued to evolve and grow during the past decades to form the now known QS3 Group, providing progressive services to the community under a shared vision.
